You should unzip all the files.
The files should be like this
c:\eclipse\
configuration\
features\
plugins\
gov.sandia.jess_7.0.0
plugin.xml
other files
...
...
gov.sandia.jess.debug_7.0.0
plugin.xml
other files
...
...
Do it for each of the five zip files and restart eclipse.
It should work.
