Hi Jeen,

It's like Bigfoot or UFOs... we need to have some incontrovertible physical
evidence like a stack trace, error message, log file entry, or something
that shows what's happening. I've never found any clue -- Eclipse just
hangs (as you observed) and only killing the process and re-starting Eclipse
unfreezes it. For me, I'd say about half the time the save actually
completes, but the IDE locks up and never returns from the save call.

Apart from running Ganymede (I'm on 3.3.2 still), we have the same
configuration. I happen to use Subversive for my SVN and it seems to cause
no problems. However, I long suspected the MyEclipseIDE plugin suite, for
it often uses outdated JARS in its distribution. As a workaround, I simply
use a separate, clean install of Eclipse with the JessDE, keeping it clear
of any potentially conflicting plugins. So far, Jess 7.1p1 has worked fine
with no lock-ups.

Cheers,
Jason
