Yakub Tri Handoko, S.Th., M.A., Th.M., yang lahir di Semarang, 23 November 1974, adalah gembala sidang Gereja Kristus Rahmani Indonesia (GKRI) Exodus, Surabaya (www.gkri-exodus.org) dan dosen di Institut Theologi Abdiel Indonesia (ITHASIA) Pacet serta dosen tetap di Sekolah Theologi Awam Reformed (STAR) dari GKRI Exodus, Surabaya. Beliau menyelesaikan studi Sarjana Theologi (S.Th.) di Sekolah Tinggi Alkitab Surabaya (STAS); Master of Arts (M.A.) in Theological Studies di International Center for Theological Studies (ICTS), Pacet, Mojokerto; dan Master of Theology (Th.M.) di International Theological Seminary, U.S.A.
