In some if i put the .xreg of the static html
ex.

</portlet-entry>
jetspeed automatic add the line in the .xreg
<classname>org.apache.jetspeed.portal.portlets.FileServerPortlet</classname>
and the portlet (static html) it's visibile
in other case not.
