I'd like to propose a new committer, Jeremy Ford. I've successfully collaborated with Jeremy on several things (including current effort to refactor the search service). He's made some significant contributions already and shows good understanding of Jetspeed. He's also actively supporting Jetspeed on the user mailing list.
