The portlet isn't doing anything with the URL, when you set up an IFRAME, you
tell it (the IFRAME tag) what the source URL is. The IFRAME will ALWAYS load
this URL when it is loaded on a page, whether it be inside a portlet or static
HTML. The IFRAME tag has no concept of state. So if you visit a page with an
IFRAME, surf a bit inside the IFRAME, leave that page and come back the IFRAME
resets to the source url.
