Yes, all porlet actions go back to the server as developers can attach specific functionallity to those actions. Plus DOM/DHTML is to unpredictable unless you can guarantee HTML 4.0 browsers, and even then there still problems like IE's invalid box sizing model. > This behavior results in limiting the usability of the iframe portlet > however.
