IFramePortlet reloads default page for all portlet window actions

Yes, all porlet actions go back to the server as developers can attach specific
functionallity to those actions.  Plus DOM/DHTML is to unpredictable unless you 
can guarantee HTML 4.0 browsers, and even then there still problems like IE's 
invalid box sizing model.

Depends on whether or not you are expecting to much out of a simple portlet ike 
the IFramePortlet ;)
