All of the true build process has been moved into the plugin this is why the
maven.xml looks so different.
I have a feeling that there might be conflicting version of the
maven-jetspeed2-plugin-* in your cache. Try deleting all instances of
jetspeed2-plugin-* from under {$HOME}/.maven/cache/ then re-run the
initMavenPlugin allClean allBuild.
