Timeframe for 1.3a2 ?

Hi,

I was wondering when the next version will come out. I do not have access to
the CVS Repository and still would like to get the newest version.
I'm currently working on a diploma thesis paper about portal technology and
I'm focusing heavily on Jetspeed.
