I can't think of any - you could try debugging the code... it would
be a great way to learn more about jetspeed/turbine....
Are you sure your smtp server setting is correct - can you send to it
other ways?
Have you looked in the web-inf/log/jetspeed.log file - any
errors/messages in their?
