this entry is at the ned of  the portlet.xreg file.
do u c anything wrong here ?

if you have set hidden=true for your portlet in portlets.xreg, it won't
appear in the
HomePageCustomizer.

Maybe you have to add an entry in portlets.xreg for your portlet.
