Yet, you sent me a jetspeed-config.jcfg
I was under the impression that you were using the 1.3a1 release.
If you are using the 'latest' jetspeed, it doesn't use the
jetspeed-config.jcfg.
It uses .xreg files.
You will need to add your entry:
<portlet-entry type="instance" name="HelloPortlet">
<classname>com.gluecode.portal.portlets.HelloPorlet</classname>
</portlet-entry>
to the portlets.xreg file (or your own xreg file)
