I downloaded the 1.3a1 src from the website, extracted
it and built it. Then I copied the jetspeed.war file
to $TOMCAT_HOME/webapps.
I tried the binary download first, and that didn't
work either, which is why I tried with the source.
What ToDo list are you referring to?
