Check the jetspeed log for error messages: <jetspeed
dir>/WEB-INF/log/jetspeed.log.
What webserver and versions of jetspeed,jdk and platform etc. are you using?
This could be a classpath issue: try unsetting your classpath and putting
your class file in <jetspeed dir>/WEB-INF/classes (make this if this does
not exist) or in a jar file in <jetspeed dir>/WEB-INF/lib.

Hi,
I'm newbie JetSpeed user and I'm trying to realise "How to Write a
Portlet" steps.
I made the portlet HelloWorldPortlet, I compile it.
I modify the Environnement variable classpath.
I modify the jetspeed-config.jcfg file.
I can connect to the portal, but when I click on customize link Tomcat
console notice this Error
Error=CustomizePortlet: Could not get Portlet HelloWorldPortlet from
PortletFactory!
however, I Can see in the portlet list my portlet, I can check it but I
can't visualize in home page.
