See below - this is a classloader/classpath issue. Your portlet needs to be
loaded by the same classloader as the rest of jetspeed - so follow the
instructions below and you should be OK.

I use Tomcat 3.2.1and JetSpeed 1.3a1
I watched the log file. I can see a first error when jetspeed treat my
portlet.
My portlet extends org.apache.jetspeed.portal.portlets.AbstractPortlet and
there is this line in the log file :
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
org/apache/jetspeed/portal/portlets/AbstractPortlet
I know this class in the Jetspeed.jar file. this jar is in the <jetspeed
dir>/WEB-INF/lib directory
I don't understand !! What Can I do ?
