  my browser is configured to use proxy , and so is my tomcat(my
TOMCAT_OPTS=-Dmail.smtp.host=53.248.60.16  -DproxySet=true -DproxyHost=53.24
8.60.21 -DproxyPort=80)
is any other setting  also needed ?

u had said to use local-portlets.xreg ....why so ?
moreover i do not have any such .xreg file in my conf dir...
do i have to creae that....how ???
