I think i post this several time ago in the mailing list.
I have a script to disable it, but still a portlet not all of it.
If you want to disable customization for an user (by admin), i still work on
it.

This is to disable the customization feature of a portlet in logged mode.

I create a class in Abstract Portlet, to read a portlet information.

After that, you must modify the psml.

I still find out how to modify it in the xreg. Still get problem in copy a
portlet information from xreg to psml.
