Hi Yuxiong, sorry, I was talking about JS 1.3a2 dev. I would recommend you to install a new version because a lot of things have changed. JS makes use of vm templates instead of jsp files and there should be a skins.xreg file but according to pauls email you could also generate a local-skins.xreg file.
If you wanna modify the space between your portlets you can also modify vm templates.
