Hi, I believe you can control this with the security mechanism.
You will see permissions like view, close, customize and info in the db initialization scripts. The default setting is every user gets all these permissions. Try changing it so that your "user" role does not have the info and customize roles. There are also settings in JR.properties regarding default logged in roles - you may need to change too.
