In general IDs are generated when the page is initially configured, and
are unique for every psml entry and pane. You can use the pane name,
which are set by the customizer using the name of the tab.
If the intent is to email links to a pane or portlet, use group or role
PSML. The link,
http://localhost/jetspeed/portal/group/apache/page/default.psml, is not
user specific and may not require the user to be logged.
