oops... I was looking at the wrong place. Gump has moved from jakarta.apache.org/... to cvs.apache.org/... but the page is still there on jakarta.apache.org/...
BTW, I have fixed the issue with the Cactus build in CVS so it should be ok for the next Gump run.
