Databse conversion tool for making the b1->b3 upgrade

Sorry if this has already been addressed in a FAQ, but I couldn't find it. I'm looking to see if there is a preexisting SQL script somewhere to convert from a jetspeed 1.4b1 database to 1.4b3?
