Couldn't you use an external CSS:
iframe {
border: 1px dashed purple;
}or
iframe #uid {
border: 1px dashed purple;
}or if there are hard coded attributes or a style attribute in the template (shame, shame), then modify the template by removing it and use an external css.

Pernoud,
I found the topic you mentioned and applied the fix. Unfortunately we are about to release and cannot upgrade to the latest Jetspeed code at this late stage.
The update to line 51 of jetspeed.vm (removing the width="100%") did not seem to work for IFramePortlets. I am using 1.4b3. Any other ideas?

If you can, move to current CVS as this is fixed, or wait for next b5 to come up !

youI have noticed that there is a small border on the right hand side of IFramePortlets that preventsfrom using 100% of the portlet's space even whenyou have the widthset to 100%.Jetspeed configuration
Is there a way to reclaim this space in thesomewhere?
Thanks,
Jamie.
