I wanted to get this on the mailing list, so I copied
it in.
I do not have anything appearing in my log directory,
the only clue I have at this point is the Jboss
startup message which looks nearly identical to yours.
 My setup is the bundled jboss-3.2.3 with tomcat, and
trying to run jetspeed1.4 just like you.  Here's what
I have on my jboss startup:
