I have found the solution! You must delete all castor.jar's within your jboss directory (probably don't need all, but I deleted all and it works for me). There was one in \jboss-3.2.3\server\default\deploy\snmp-adaptor.sar\META-INF, and also one in C:\jboss-3.2.3\server\default\tmp\deploy The second one (in the tmp directory) was prefixed with tmpNNNNN where N are numbers, so look out for this one.
