Oops, ok... I didn't understand what your problem was then...

The only thing I know about this issue is that the "Login" process does
what you're trying to achieve: a folder named as @username@ that it's
only accessible by the owner (because of an <owner> security constraint
definition in the folder.metadata) is created.

Though I'm interested in this matter also, I didn't face the Login
process yet so I can't tell you anything else... =/ Sorry.
