Yes, that installer is only a few weeks old and has some bug fixes in
it.
The Ant goal "create.installer" will take the 2.2-dev installer and
merge the tutorial's customizations into it to make a custom installer

The only instructions are in the email that I sent to David Dyer.
I am working on the xdocs (online Apache documentation) and hope to
have it ready next week.
