IIRC, PSML import/export fro Derby can be done using the portal site admin portlets.

Of course, this is not an offline ETL based process. I also suspect that it does not have the ability to convert between Jetspeed versions.

Noah, can you describe the situation in which you are attempting to import/export PSML?

configuration instructions.

As far as the templates go, they too would reside in the Derby database.
