IIRC, PSML import/export fro Derby can be done using the portal site
admin portlets.
Of course, this is not an offline ETL based process. I also suspect that
it does not have the ability to convert between Jetspeed versions.
Noah, can you describe the situation in which you are attempting to
import/export PSML?

Yes, Derby is one of the supported configurations. See the website for RDBMS
configuration instructions.
As far as the templates go, they too would reside in the Derby database.
