Randy,

Thank you again for all your help. I was able to log in as the admin on the
jetspeed sample, and navigate Import/Export Service tab. The Import/Export
portlet only allows for xml files to be uploaded. However, I was able to export
psml files from the Portal Site Manager tab. From here, I navigated to
Administrative/site.psml, and successfully exported it, and was able to see it
appear in my Jetspeed-2.1.4\temp\admin directory. However, I don't think I am
able to import this psml file, just export it.

To reiterate my situation, I have access to only a derby database, and I want to
be able to load psml files from it rather than use my page manger using a local
filesystem. I am aware that psml files can be stored in other databases, but is
it possible to store the psml in a derby database for the jetspeed sample?

Perhaps I am overlooking something?

Thanks,
Noah
