Yes.  The user authentication is handled by Turbine and the Portlet
configuration will be done in Portlet Markup... I do need to add more
fields to this but it isn't a big deal.

BTW the config won't be client side.  It will be kept on the server so
that you can roam and still use JetSpeed.

They aren't needed now.  This is just a hold over from Beta 1.  They
will probably be neede in the future as I re-integrate mail support.
