The iCalendar code is at the following link

Its a small file <30k tarred and zipped.
There is also a brief plan of attack and time line as well as links
to the relevant rfc's. The iCalendar rfc is 2445. The other rfcs AFAIK
define a set of interactions between iCalendar objects to do such things
as query free busy time to plan a meeting. We can get into that later,
though...
