I just reviewed all the code.  All the code meets the minimum
requirements:

- org.apache.jetspeed package
- Apache license

Also it was well javadoc'd and looks clean.

We should get you CVS ASAP so that this can get commited.  I can commit
it right now but I don't see the point since this will be done when you
get CVS (jon?).
