Did you set up both a <servlet><servlet-name/><servlet-class></servlet> and
a <servlet-mapping><servlet-name/><url-pattern/></servlet-mapping> in
jetspeed/content/WEB-INF/web.xml and put jetspeed in your classpath in
tomcat.sh?
