I made mine Abram's words. I said this before that I had a really bad time
trying to figure out what was being done, and this was a fast moving target.
Kevin himself realised, some days ago if I recall, that there are a lot of
people on the list but few working on it. I apologise for being one of the
former.
Clear and as extensible as possible documentation would be considered a
sub-project, I believe.

My suggestion would be to spend a fare amount of time on detail
documentation
for users and developers. I was trying to get as much info on
JetSpeed as
possible
and beleive me there is not much. However, if you can get good
documentation
how
you started, framework and principles then more developers will
help. The
idea would be
to provide developers at large with some sort of schema/template for
designing and coding new
portlets for JetSpeed. There is a huge need for JetSpeed.
