<entry name="iCalendar" application="true">

This basically means that you can't subscribe to the iCalendar like the
other Portlets.  It becomes a standard portion of Jetspeed.  There is an
ApplicationsPortlet that you can use to choose an Application.  I am
also going to work this into the Navigation as well so that any
Application can be picked from a menu.
