In an earlier CVS, on the login screen was a link which allowed me to create
a new account. I have upgraded a couple times, and I just now noticed this
link is missing. I have lloked through the .properties files and cannot find
a setting which turns this on. I have set the value form mail.server in both
TurbineResources.properties and JetspeedResources.properties. How do I
re-enable this feature?
