Kevin,
Doesn't this just control the link to the login page thats on the home page?
(it seems to on mine.)
Steve (and Kevin), I think I ran across this same thing this weekend as I was
trying to get Jetspeed working again :)
I'm sure I remember getting the login page without the create new user link,
but I changed a few things and then the link was there! Unfortunately, I don't
recall what I changed that made it work :( (I was fixing something else).
I've tried to reproduce it with no luck.
On a happier note, I was finally able to get the stuff from CVS working like I
had it with the 1.1 release (I'm sure that means that 1.1.5/1.2 is just around
the corner :)
There sure were a lot of little changes and weird configuration issues.
Thanks to Steve's inspiring e-mails on setting up user/database, I thought
I'd give it a try.
AND IT WORKED!!
It was really cool to get that e-mail confirmation when the new user was
created.
I have a lot of questions with the user login (and a few small problems), but
I'll save them for another letter (or figure them out myself first).
Anyway, keep up the great work everyone.
MIke
P.S. Congrats Kevin on the new job!!
