Mostly yes, but there're definitely some cases where you want to show a screen
of your application in a portal (for example: displaying the current to do list
of user stored in a project management tool)
Or want to include a simple parameter-based "service" such as a mortgage calculator,
which can have sevral "state" inside the smae portal page based on request
parameters.
