I wanted to get this down on paper. Our WAP effort has been stalled.

This is due to me wanting to slightly rework PSML and Rapha�l wanting to
change ECS. Can we get the entire source for this somewhere. I would
like to back you up on the patches for this. :)
Also, the PSML conversation is still going on. I hope it hasn't got off
track.
