Even without the ECS change (we can certainly *hack* something to bypass the
Turbine restriction), I'm currently stalled on WAP because of several issues:
- I've started an internal Jetspeed deployment project which means a lot of
spec writing, slides and meetings but not a lot of code...
- We need a GUID system to make it work
- There are some outstanding discussions on PSML
- I don't want to focus only on WAP but any alternative media.
