+1... this should go into the Jetspeed/Tomcat bundle.  The current
config works but it would be nicer as a WAR.  

Most of the code is checked into CVS.  What is needed is an Ant target
for the next release.  When we do a beta 2 it would be cool to have this
as just another distribution media. :)
