Yes... but you could use different controls. It works fine if you want
a Controller that does something different than the default controller.
I don't think we currently have that situation but.... we could in the
future.

Yes. I think this has been talked about but I need to get it on paper.
Portlet developers need to namespace. Although I am not sure we should
put this within the URI. All current Jetspeed portlets use this.
