yep, this is something that I had in mind. Also, you could take it one
step further and separate the applications into a separate PSML file.
I've done something similar for my application: I have a set of portlets
that are rendered inside pop-up windows, so I made a new file for them. 

Actually, I'm not fully satisfied with the current implementation, it
should be direct referencing from the registry instead of referencing
them from separate PSML file, but it works for now (and I have some
deadlines running up on my schedule)...

Also I have some stuff to commit back to Turbine and Jetspeed, we have
(I'm not the only one working on our app) extended the ParameterParser
and RunData, plus added a utility class for making it easier to
administer all the URIs generated by dynamicURI from one central file...

I'll find some time to commit this stuff next week hopefully.
