Check to see if you have the mail.jar file in your classpath. You may
need to get this from another source. I believe it is from Sun.

I am told this is a known problem and will be fixed in 1.2b2. Be patient
and very soon that is supposed to work correctly.

The configuration module does not work correctly in 1.2b1 but is
supposed to work correctly in 1.2b2. Again, be patient and wait for the
next beta which is due out any day.
