nope it is only available from xml-apache cvs.

DocBook is a DTD and may have a number of XSLT sheets as well for different
formats it. Think of stylebook as the tool that runs the docbook process
and has a number of processors to create/copy/manipulate files/images
aswell. You can use stylebook with docbook but the vast majority of users
use a simplified DTD that ships with stylebook.
If you know xslt then it is easy to just read stylebook sheets to
understand it. If you don't then I wouldn't go near it ;)
