Okay in that case I know the dtd's shipe with avalon (avaialable via
java.apache.org/framework) and I expect (thou are not 100% sure) that
cocoon also has the dtds (xml.apache.org/cocoon).
The dtds in avalon are in src/xdocs/dtd and the xslt processors are in
src/skins/**
