Hi,
I did not change anything in the tomcat.bat file. It had its own jar files
listed already.
I was trying to run the factory example that comes with the jetspeed.
secondly whenever I try to run the basic servlet i.e. jetspeed on two
different machines with the same jetspeed configuration, I get different
results on the page. Sometimes it says that could not run the portlet.
How do I fix the error ?

Are you sure not to have mispelled any of the jars in the tomcat.bat file?
Which examples are you trying to run? did you manage to get in the index
page where there are all the links
to the XSP,....

examples given with Jetspeed, I get n number of errors about various classes
not found. Is there any setting I am missing ? I am able to load only the
default servlet i.e. Turbine.
