You're absolutely right. I've done this (create a JetspeedService) and it
works.
I guess the argument against this approach is that it is not really much of
a service, since all it does is init the Jetspeed services and nothing more.
The better fix would be to convert all of the Jetspeed services into Turbine
Services.
