Ingo,
When I perform the steps you outlined below, I get the following error
messages:

cvs server: nothing known about src/java/org/apache/jetspeed/Jetspeed.java
cvs server: nothing known about xdocs/profiler.xml

Do you have any ideas about what can be done to fix this problem.  As I
understand it, the Jetspeed.java file is critical to the use of jetspeed as
that is the servlet which is the entry point.
