OK, I've written a small list of tasks that I deem necessary for the release
and committed it in the root of the 1.3a1 branch.
If you wish to tackle a specific task, please put your name just after the
task in order to avoid duplicate efforts. Also add any tasks which I may have
missed.
Here is the current TODO list in CVS:

- replace the use a the HTML <base> by the
use of Turbine ContentURI object
- fix the filewatch in the registry manager
so that the registry is refreshed in memory
when the jetspeed-config file is modified

- update the static RSS and JCM files distributed

- add a local configurable OCS feed so that new users
